The best months to visit Antarctica and Patagonia are February and March. For russian citizens it is no need visa to Argentina.
Day 1
Buenos Aires
So I'm going to reach the Buenos Aires on plane from Saint-Petersburg. Than I'll take domestic flight and reach the El Calafate small town in the center of Patagonia.
El Calafate and glaciers
Visit "Los Glaciares National Park" - park with spectacular glaciers http://www.losglaciares.com/en/parque/
Day 3
El Calafate and Fitz Roy
Tracks around:
https://www.back-packer.org/fitz-roy-trek-in-el-chalten/
Day 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 (4-6 days ???)
Torres del Paine
Visit "Torres del Paine" national park in Chile: https://torresdelpaine.com/en/
From Buenos Aires there are no direct flights to Punta Arenas, so the fastest way to get to Torres del Paine National Park is taking a plane from Argentina’s capital to the city of El Calafate and then move by bus or rental car to Puerto Natales, a 350- kilometers journey that can take 4.5 hours approximately. When you reach that city consider at least 80 kilometers more to reach the nearest gate of Torres del Paine (2 hour trip). For more details, please see our ground transportation section.
"W" CIRCUIT IN TORRES DEL PAINE 4-6 days trip:

Land of Fire
I'm going to reach the very south point of Argentina: Ushuaia by plane. There I m going to take taxi and go to hotel because the airport not far from the town. It is about only 5 km. I do not need very comfortable hotel but I need independent room with bathroom in it. I'll take for instance something like this: https://www.booking.com/hotel/ar/laguna-esmeralda-b-amp-b-ushuaia.html
In the first evening I'll visit the best restaurant by Trip Advisor version with sea food: "La Sirena y El Capitan" https://www.tripadvisor.ru/Restaurant_Review-g312855-d7791058-Reviews-La_Sirena_y_El_Capitan-Ushuaia_Province_of_Tierra_del_Fuego_Patagonia.html
Day 11
Ushuaia Lakes
I'll visit Escondido and Fagnano Lakes, located in the heart of Tierra del Fuego island
https://www.patagonia-argentina.com/en/escondido-and-fagnano-lakes/
And at the evening I visit steak house "Centro Invernal las Cotorras": https://www.tripadvisor.ru/Restaurant_Review-g312855-d3138750-Reviews-Centro_Invernal_las_Cotorras-Ushuaia_Province_of_Tierra_del_Fuego_Patagonia.html
